This would help us know the true number of registered members as we work towards achieving the goal of having 1000 registered members. The system is design in preventing multiple registration, if that is not the case then its a bug and needs to be fixed. No 2 members should have same First and last name and same date of Birth. If those 3 things match, it automatically gives an error.

If the date of Birth is different then you can have someone with the Same First and last name. But not the same date of Birth. This has been technically tested. This has been tested to make sure there are no errors and its been found to give an error if those 3 fields match. (First Name, Last name and Date of Birth)
